YRV (2002-2007)

The Daihatsu YRV is a mini MPV from Daihatsu.
Derived from the first-generation Daihatsu Sirion, the YRV debuted at the 1999 Tokyo Motor Show
The YRV was produced in Japan from August 2000 to July 2005 and delivered in the Netherlands until 2006. The name YRV (also known as Young RV) is an abbreviation for Young Recreational Vehicle.
The YRV Turbo is the sporty version of this mini MPV and is equipped with a 1.3l K3-VET turbo engine with 129 hp.
The Turbo variant differs from the normal YRV by the air scoop and is standard equipped with side skirts, spoiler, fog lamps and chrome taillights.

The Turbo is standard equipped with front and rear electric windows, electric mirrors, a 4-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel switch option.

The YRV was succeeded by the Daihatsu Materia, the Materia was delivered in Japan as the second generation Toyota bB.
