We proudly present our own air filter system especially for the European MR2 Roadster.
The RRS intake is an ideal upgrade for the standard filter if you want more power, a better response and above all a deeper and more beautiful sound from the 1ZZ-FE engine in your MR2 Roadster.
The RRS system is behind the battery and therefore has a short length which ensures a good response. In addition, the filter element is located close to the air supply of the side air scoop on the left side.
All this results in a sporty tone and excellent throttle response.
The system is based on the PPE intake system but adapted for the European market without the extra vacuum connection and we supply it with several extra options.
The inlet system is available with different colors of Mishimoto’s connectors:
– Black (default option)
-Blue
-Red
-Purple
-White
The RRS package consists of:
– Conical filter
– aluminum tube with connection for air mass meter
– Connection material and Mishimoto’s silicone coupler.
